Depending on the type and severity, medical treatment may be required but here's the least we can do for you.

 

1. MILD CLEANSING-

 

Washing your face everyday with a mild cleanser will help minimise sensitivity and irritation by keeping the skin clean. 

2. EXFOLIATING MASK OR CLEANSER -

 

This will remove the outer layer of the skin and open pores, reducing excess oils. Exfoliation improves skin health and improves skin appearance. 

Take care, not to over-exfoliate as this may cause skin damage and cause further skin irritation.  

3. TONE -

 

Use a toner to rebalance your skin. A toner restores your skin and corrects any imbalances, leaving your skin looking and feeling refreshed. It cleanses and hydrates the skin enough not to overproduce oils which may cause the formation of pimples and clog pores. 

Always wear SPF!
